Domain checks: the domain name you enter and the public DNS records we look up. These are public data; we cache results briefly for performance.
Waitlist: your email address, and optionally which page you signed up from.
DMARC reports (monitoring customers): aggregate reports mailbox providers send to the reporting address you configure. These contain sending server IPs, authentication results and message counts — not message content, subjects, or recipient lists.
We use this data solely to provide the service: run checks, build your dashboard, send alerts and digests you asked for. We do not sell data. We do not use your data to advertise to anyone.
No email content ever passes through us. Aggregate DMARC reports are metadata by design. We don't run third-party ad trackers.
Data is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure (currently Render / Cloudflare). Waitlist entries are kept until launch communication is complete or you ask for removal. Report data is retained while your account is active, for trends and audits.
Email us to access or delete your data at any time. If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply; we act as processor for the report data you route to us.
